Omul-Banin Hospital History

Omul-Banin Hospital is a specialized and educational hospital for women, which are under supervision of Mashhad Medical University.
It was established in 1975 with the name of hazrat Zainab in its previous location on Ahkonde khorasani Avenue. |

Present location is given by Ayatoallah Shirazi Charity in 2005. |

All doctors and personnel are women in this hospital. |

The hospital has 96 approved beds where 82 beds are active. It has 9 Gynecologists, 1 General Surgeon, 1 Anesthesiologist, 5 Pediatric Specialists, 2 Cardiac and Internal Specialist, 1 pathologist, 1 radiologist, 1 Pharmacologist, 2 Nephrologists.
Services include: Pediatrics, Neonatal ward and ICU, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Dialysis, Family planning, IVF, menopause, Oncology, General surgery, Sonography, Radiology, Hematology and Clinical Pathology.
Library includes books and updated Farsi, English magazines for all doctors, students and personnel. |
