Operation room The operation room of hospital is a unit that has close relation with surgical section. Neurologists, pediatric surgeons, Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeons (ENT) are co-operating with anesthetist in this section. The patients are referring to this section from around the province and sometimes from neighbor provinces for therapy.
Surgical operations that are done in this section include relatively wide range of surgeries such as orchiopexy, epispadias, hypospadias and hydrocele, surgery and therapy of hernia derange of abscess, Neurosurgery such as hydrocephalus, meningomyelocele, cut down,…. Patients are sent to surgical section after reception in this section for her/his related surgical operation. The noticeable and significant point of this section that we can mention is the ability of this unit in doing anesthesia process on mother's bed which has been done under supervision of Dr. Qarvi in this hospital for the first time in Iran. One of its merits is decrease of worry and stress of child and mother.
