The unit of coding diseases:
In the unit of coding, case coding is done based on particular books of coding that are written by world Hygiene organization and the newest books. They are coded by initial & final recognizing and therapeutic and surgical activities in this unit and then recorded by a computer. Diagnostic reports of diseases & patients are given to the related physicians every month (index of physician). |

The unit of statistics:
The unit of statistics, daily, monthly and yearly statistics is done. Statistical diagrams are prepared and given to chief, manager, and executive officials to be used in managing & programming for hospital.
Daily statistics are delivered to the unit of statistics until 9 AM. This unit doesn’t accept the statistics after determined hour. Monthly statistics should be delivered to this unit until fifth day of any month so that after considering and regulating the monthly form to the unit of statistics in university.
The annual statistics are regulated by the official of statistics with collecting & controlling the monthly statistics. |
