Dr. Mohammad Hyosein Shafayi Bajestan, son of Habibollah, born in 1942, ID No.128, issued in Bajestan.
Educational and service records:
He passed primary and first three years of high school courses in Bajestan, then last three years of high school in Ferdosi high school in Ferdows. He took his diploma in natural major in 1965. During that year, He succeeded in medical and dentistry, physics, chemistry college entrance exams of science faculty of Mashhad.
In 1972, he passed successfully 7-year course of medicine by giving a thesis about “renal tuberculosis in men”.
He has performed his duty in clinic of Nahavand’s Gillan organization located on province of Hamedan from july 1972 until october. The satisfaction of patients caused that officials of mention organization, honored him.
He performed his service duty with degree of first lieutenant in followed units of 77 army of Khorasan from 1972 to 1974.
He worked as a supervisor of clinic in health & therapeutic center of Kashmar’s Khalil Abad from 1974-1975. During this time, he was awarded by people’s agents in town’s council two times and one time by general manager of Khorasan’s clinic.
He passed his specialty course as an assistant in pediatric diseases major in Imam Reza hospital in 1975. He received his degree of specialty in field of pediatric diseases in 1976.
At first he engaged in Emdadi hospital of Ferdows in form of contract in1978. Then he was formally employed in clinic until he has worked as a pediatric specialist, the chief of Ferdows in 1984. During these times, the governor of Ferdows and general manager of hygiene and therapy admired his work.
He was sent to Mashhad in 1984 and worked as a pediatric specialist physician in Hashemi Nejad hospital until 1991 then he was sent To Dr. sheikh hospital.
At the end of 1992, he was selected as the chief of Dr. Sheikh Hospital and was responsible for therapeutic work in addition to responsibility for the Hospital. Then by setting up new building for Dr. Sheikh hospital and start of medical center of subspecialties of Sarvar’s children and because of need for educating the personnel, he demanded for agreement of issuing an order for educating respectful coworkers from chief of medicine faculty. At last it was agreed. Then he continued his duty as a pediatric specialist physician. He was retired in 2002 after 30 years of therapeutic service with management. During these times, the chief of medical university of Mashhad honored him for his good work.
