Particulate drug delivery systems including Microspheres and Nanospheres, Liposomes, Solid lipid nanoparticles (lipospheres), Nanobiotechnology, Designing of non-viral vectors, Targeted drug delivery, Peptide and protein formulation, Instrumental analysis

- Preparation and evaluation of nano-sized galactosylated lipoplexes effect on transfection efficiency
- Preparation and characterization of microspheres encapsulated with triamcinolone for Intravitreal administration
- Preparation and in vitro and in vivo evaluation of liposomal Avastin (Anti-VEGF IgG) for Intravitreal administration: comparison with soluble form
- Preparation, characterization and transfection evaluation of peptide coupled lipoplexes as non-viral vectors for gene therapy
- Formulation of foluorometholone ophthalmic solution using cyclodextrins
- Preparation, characterization and evaluation of tumoricidal effects of solid lipid nanoparticles (lipospheres) containing docetaxel in tumor-bearing mice
- Synthesis of PEGylated fatty acids as carrier for targeted lipospheres
