The meeting of Expert Panel of Health and Food Security of the province was held with the presence of the Political, Security and Social Deputy of the Khorasan Razavi Governor General.
According to WEBDA, Seyed Javad Hosseini stated in this meeting that 70 percent of mortality in the country is caused by non-communicable diseases, and that proper measures must be taken in this regard.
He stated that the implementation of the Health System Reform Plan in the country has had many achievements and has caused increased life expectancy in the country.
Pointing that many factors are related to mortality, the Political, Security and Social Deputy of the Khorasan Razavi Governor General stated that 70 percent of mortality in the country is caused by non-communicable diseases.
Stating that different organizations must present their solutions in this regard, Hosseini added that Khorasan Razavi Province requires the presence of all the organizations for the reduction of non-communicable diseases.
He added that the non-communicable diseases pact must be investigated in the presence of and with the cooperation of different organizations and appropriate decisions must be made in this regard.
The Political, Security and Social Deputy of the Khorasan Razavi Governor General stated that the Armed Forces, the Municipality, the governor, the Youth and Sports Office, the General Office for Culture and Islamic Guidance, and many other organizations must cooperate in this area.Hosseini pointed out that this issue be a priority in the area of health so that the possibility of incidence of injuries and non-communicable diseases in the province decreases.
