v To arrange for agreements with overseas Universities and research centers and to follow up their implementations.
v To apply for entrance visas for overseas guests of MUMS in collaboration with the Office for International Affairs of the Ministry of Health.
v To invite foreign or Iranian professors living abroad to participate in seminars and workshops or to visit the university or to give lecture.
v To make a comprehensive databank of Iranian physicians practicing abroad.
v To prepare the prerequisites for cooperation with WHO and establishing WHOCCs.
v To make necessary arrangements to establish MUMS international branch.
v To search for international health related organizations and establish links to them
v To search for world class universities and establish links to them
v To organize meetings with the representative of the foreign universities and organizations.
