v To investigate and to make decision for students' educational issues based on practical and scientific advances
v To prepare and set the elements of educational programs and to supervise them after being passed
v To investigate educational bylaws and to give necessary recommendations to the University Educational Council and the Planning High Council in order to revise and improve
v To nurture the university educational programs and to make recommendations concerning change or development of them
v To investigate and make recommendations regarding establishing for new passed educational groups and fields
v To investigate and make recommendations regarding establishing for un-passed new fields and to present recommendation to Planning High Council for being passed
v Educational planning and evaluation of students
v To supervise educational regulations to be performed correctly
v To plan for gifted, talented, and top students to take the best advantage of the bylaws
v To contribute to affiliated ministry by conducting centered nationwide examinations such as Basic Sciences, Pre-internship, Assistant, and Master’s Degree Examinations
v To collaborate with EDC based on educational quality promotion programs
v To form Educational Council and Commission for staff transferring at the university and to prepare minutes of it
v To form the University Encouragement Council and to prepare relevant minutes for following the passed items
v To form the University Examination Team and to supervise correct conduction of examinations
v To make relationship with other universities and educational institutions in order to share students and education
v To supervise on score sheets, certifications, and verifications
v To supervise on enrollment affairs
v To prepare and set statistic and information of students of different majors
v To collaborate with the schools to utilize facilities and educational tools
