As a managerial part of the Education vice Presidency, we intend to promote the quality and quantity of education by:
v Developing innovative philosophies in medical education
v Staff development in accordance with standards
v Codifying and control of educational programs according to societal needs
v Organizing, conducting, supervising, and research concerning medical education
v Organizing, conducting, supervising, and performing educational evaluation
v To set up various workshops on medical education according to needs assessment
v Setting up monthly sessions in the form of lectures, panels, and conferences based on medical education subjects
v Improving and out filling of library
v To develop new fields of study according to societal needs
v To encourage education researcher and to support the utilization of results in education process
v To set up various educational courses needed for members of the Board of Scientists such as computer, English, paper writing, and etc
v To revise educational programs and to codify course plans, lesson plans and logbooks for all the majors in the university
v To organize and supervise studies progress test conductions
v To make an efficient system in continuous evaluation of educational programs
v To attract interested people in medical education in order to take advantage of their abilities for assistance in activities held by the center
v To invite internal and external experts to set up educational sessions
v To do needs assessment of educational directors, members of the Board of Scientists, and students
v To supervise related offices activities and constant evaluation of them
v To provide regulations for how to use educational methods
v Regular distribution of relevant magazines in medical education among different educational groups
