.: Earthquake maneuver in the city by the unexpected-disasters center in order to enhance the operating power of executive systems (regarding the fact that Khorasan Razavi is one of the most vulnerable provinces about the earthquake in Iran, this maneuver is held by the cooperation of all members (Basij organization, Red Crescent society, power company, oil company, water and sewage company, communications company, health network, police, and so forth) to be prepared for the logical and swift reaction in emergency cases.
.: Holding maneuver about the crash helmet by the safe community committee with the cooperation of police forces, and giving prizes to the winners
Elderly 65+ years:
.: Holding monthly meetings with the elderly about their health with the goal of improving their life conditions (in this meeting, the priority of their lives are defined and then the necessary trainings are given to them).

.: Establishing the centers to evaluate the elderly health comprehensively in order to find their superficial problems such as:
1. Nutrition, hearing and eyesight,
