Our aspiration is to create a leading health, research organization. This organization should be able to produce knowledge and technology with research to maintain and increase awareness and health promotion in community level to international standards and take steps to rely on their abilities to cause the presence of top academic universities in the world stage.
Mission
We are determined according to the special position of Iran in Khorasan region and in particular, preserve human dignity and observance of Islamic values and laws and regulations, and encourage innovation with the university and special attention to gifted Iranian students and scholars in the world, provide suitable promotion of research capacities and increase their level of quality and quantity and applying the fundamental and applied research results.
We have built up with the latest technologies to equip university notification and implementation of appropriate standards and research activities in the form of publishing books and articles and electronic resources in promotion and research activities strive to improve quality.
